Description

This little booklet was published by the Toronto Catholic Cemeteries Association in 1980 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the establishment of St. Michael’s Cemetery in 1855. It includes a history of Catholic cemeteries in Toronto, the Winter Vault, notable grave markers, reminiscences, maps, lots of photos, a list of sextons, burials in the cathedral crypt, burials of priests, and members of religious communities.

Slight discolouration on front cover and the first few pages are rippled from minor dampness at some point. All text is intact. No odour.

Also available are the separate publications:
a transcription of the St. Michael’s Cemetery grave markers
a transcription of the St. Michael’s Cemetery burial registers
