Description

A family history of the descendants of William Wilson and Esther Moon of Manvers Township, Ontario. The couple had eleven children between 1841 and 1863 in Manvers, but they settled throughout Ontario, western Canada, Michigan and New York. Assisted by early Toronto Branch member, Dorothy Milne, the author wrote to and visited near and distant relatives to gather information. The book contains extensive family charts and more than 200 photographs.

A treasure for Wilson descendants, certainly, but an inspiring read for any researcher who wonders how family history was done before the Internet!
